Krakow, Poland – The Carpathian Mountains are a unique ecosystem, and the Forum Carpaticum is an excellent platform for scientists to discuss ways to conserve and preserve it. The Jagiellonian University in Krakow will host the 7th Forum Carpaticum on 25th to 28th September, 2023. 

The conference will bring together experts from various fields, including environmental science, ecology, geography, and social sciences. They will discuss the latest research on the Carpathian Mountains, explore conservation strategies, and share ideas for future projects of sustainable mountain development.

Abstracts should be no more than 250 words. 

Besides the abstract, the participants should include in their submission the take-away message for practice as well as policy recommendations.
